The Details
Start Date: ASAPShift:Monday - Friday 5am to 1pm Starting Base Pay: $19.00 per hour and after training; Potential $2/hourly bonus based on performance
What You’ll Do
As an Out of Stock Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all the day-to-day inventory discrepancies. You will also be responsible for fulfilling and investigating orders passed on by the shipping department as being out of stock.To be successful in this job role, you must have excellent math and organization skills. Experience with excel and data entry. And also a self-motivator.
Preparing strategies for inventory control processesCounting product in inventory on a daily basisCycle CountsPreparing inventory management reportsUpdating the inventory database on a daily basisIdentifying discrepancies in the inventory reportsWorking in collaboration with Inventory Manager and other team membersMaintaining count accuracy both physically and digitallyUsing software to track and maintain stockEnsuring the company’s inventory is sufficientSending out daily emails
