Join our dynamic Silicon Valley start-up and play a pivotal role in selling and maintaining our cutting-edge solutions across the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).
Responsibilities:Act as our clientโs subject matter expert, offering valuable guidance and advice to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our technologies.Lead customers through the adoption process, assisting with integration, and providing ongoing support for our Platform.Understand customer business challenges and develop tailored solutions using our Networks Platform.Document best practices and develop scalable project plans for customer onboarding.Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to assess customer needs and trends.Undertake discovery activities to identify new opportunities for our clientโs Platform usage.Collaborate closely with internal teams to share insights and enhance product offerings.
Qualifications:Active TS clearance with FSP and Full Scope Polygraph required.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent educational background.Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience in post-sales engineering, preferably within networking or software vendors.Strong understanding of networking and security fundamentals.Experience with various network vendors and technologies (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, AWS, Azure).Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.Proven track record of problem-solving and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.Highly desired certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or VCDX.Familiarity with API-driven workflows and scripting languages (Python, bash, etc.).Experience in a startup environment or working with governmental agencies is advantageous.๏ปฟLanguages:English proficiency required.
