Specifically, this position will be…
Answering/routing calls received through the main office numberManaging and responding to the Email inboxGreeting guests and visitors This will include awareness of VIP visits and ensuring discretion and proper reception of that personManaging & validating parking as well as issuing building access cardProcessing incoming & outgoing mail - UPS, FedEx and USPSPurchasing office supplies; monitoring and restocking kitchen/office suppliesActing as liaison with various vendors including building management to ensure smooth operationsOther ad hoc projects that can be performed at the reception desk
