Our client, a multicultural marketing agency, is looking to bring on a full-time Jr. Art Director!

Responsibilities:Edit video content using Premiere Pro, including cutting footage, adding transitions, and ensuring a seamless flow of visuals and audio.Create dynamic motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects to enhance the quality and impact of video content.Provide creative direction and conceptualize ideas for video projects that align with the client's brand guidelines and communication objectives.Collaborate with videographers, writers, and social media managers to develop cohesive video content tailored to various social media platforms.Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in video editing and motion graphics to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of video production, including color correction, audio mixing, and formatting for different platforms.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently while adhering to project budgets.
