The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, sales and marketing, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration. This role requires a seasoned hospitality professional with proven leadership abilities, strategic vision, and a passion for delivering world-class service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the "stay and leave" hotel industry and a track record of success in managing properties.Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and direction to hotel staff to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.Oversee all hotel departments, including front desk, sales and marketing, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration.Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery across all areas of the hotel.Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective sales and marketing strategies, revenue management, and cost control measures.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among hotel staff, promoting a positive work environment and employee engagement.Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, clients, vendors, and community stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation and drive business growth.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies and procedures.Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and community gatherings to promote brand awareness and networking opportunities.Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of hotel management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management, with a track record of success in managing full-service properties.Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering superior guest experiences.Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction in a competitive market.Solid understanding of hotel operations, including sales and marketing, revenue management, food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance.Ability to effectively manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the hospitality sector.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet the demands of the business.360 Talent Avenue is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
