We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join an awesome team!
Responsibilities:Develop an experience strategy for building next generation of commercial digital products.Having a deep understanding of your users through tests of your prototype designs, user needs analyses and working closely with SME’s and UX ResearchersUser needs, business requirements and technology capabilities.Design activities in cross-functional development teams to create highly usable, engaging designs and experiences.Follow how the industry is transforming, looking for UX best practices that develop and identify critical trends that the company needs to stay ahead ofCombine all this knowledge to help create a vision of the product’s evolution over the next few years, and work with your team to bring that about.
Must Have:3 years of relevant experience.Skills in the use of one or more wireframing/prototyping tools (Axure, Figma, XD).Working with a team of UX/UI design, UX research.Mapping/journey mappingEnd to end designExperience designing products from scratch
Nice to Have:Degree (MS or PhD) in human-computer interaction (HCI), user experience, human factors, interaction design, or related field or equivalent experienceUnderstanding of HTML/CSS and visual (UI) design.Designing for web and/or mobile applications.Experience with B2B in addition to B2C
