📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
What We Are Looking For
3D Systems – Personalized Surgery & Medical Devices seeks a candidate who is a dependable, professional individual who excels under pressure and can easily multi-task. This position offers seasonal temporary employment for a 3 to 4-month period, starting in May 2024 and ending the beginning of August 2024, with a possible transition to a regular role.
Only local candidates will be considered.
What You Will Do
Maintain high-level, continuous professional correspondence with world-wide surgeons, staff, distributors for coordination of billing, shipping time frames, addresses, and deliverables Manage daily shipping queue Engage in regular customer satisfaction conversations Creating shipping paperwork for outgoing cases Accurately inputting cases into the accounting database Request purchase orders Ship confirming cases for invoice generation Review open orders and incoming purchase orders for accuracy and discrepancies Input incoming purchase orders accurately into accounting system Create quotes for custom pricing cases Create credit memos Review open accounts weekly and close any outstanding sales orders Coordination and execution with internal and external teams for same day shipments Work closely with accounting department to ensure that accounts are in good standing Track outgoing shipments to ensure any shipping delays are resolved in a timely manner High level of product knowledge Adhere to ISO 13485, HIPAA Regulations, and the Quality Management System’s standard operating procedures and work instructions Assists in answering phones and transferring calls to appropriate personnel
What You Will Bring
Previous work experience in billing or accounting desired but not required High School Diploma or equivalent work experience As a manufacturer with aerospace and defense customers under ITAR, candidate must be a U.S. person Ability to sit for extended periods of time
The Good Stuff!
Hourly Range: $19.00 - $22.00/Hr. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data) As a temporary position, this role is not eligible for benefits.
