ResponsibilitiesCollaborate in crafting sophisticated Excel and ARGUS acquisition/development models, spanning all types of real estate, for our private equity clienteleParticipate in the critique and enhancement of Excel financial models to ensure optimal performance and client satisfactionAid in the development of detailed waterfall calculations that drive financial decision-making for our clientsProvide support in managing part-time professionals, fostering a high-performance cultureUndertake additional responsibilities as per business requirements, embodying a proactive approach
