Wanna be a Monster? 3Headed Monster is growing and seeking a Social Media Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team of strategists!

Our ideal Social Media Monster would be obsessed about social media trends and creating great organic social strategies and content that deepen fan love for our clients. This person would report to the Strategy Director.
ResponsibilitiesFind weekly relevant trends for our brands to participate in Stay on top of culture and social platform updates (TT, IG, FB, X)Coordinate the creation of organic social content across departments, ensuring timelines are met. Contribute to content ideation and production of real time trend content Schedule organic social posts uSocial listening to identify real-time engagement opportunities and insightsUGC collectionTrack, and analyze the performance of social media posts and channels and make recommendations accordinglyCoordinate and communicate with clients to gather needs and gain approval on monthly content
Qualifications:· 2-4 years of social media experience· Experience using a social media tool for publishing and reporting· Proactive, driven, and creative individual with strong organizational skills· Attention to detail and accuracy· Deep understanding of social platforms and how to achieve engagement objectives on each
Bonus· Strong personal social media presence· TikTok content creation experience
