Job DescriptionExperience Level: 5-10 years Skills & Job Responsibilities: Responsible for understanding and supporting the business of Flagstar through the design, development, and implementation of applications, application enhancements and new capabilities. This position is expected to provide technical leadership in every stage of the development lifecycle, from analysis and design to program coding, testing, release, and maintenance while adhering to current System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Under limited supervision, an IT Developer, Senior works closely with, business analysts, and IT team members to understand complex business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality, technical solutions. Participates in the full systems life cycle and in solution design including recommendation of code development or reuse and buy versus build solutions. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, maintains, modifies, and implements complex application software that is delivered on time. Responsible for application maintenance and production support of multiple applications.
