📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
5FT View Consulting is seeking candidates on behalf of a Client to fill a Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Remote Call Center Agent position. Candidate applications and resumes are being accepted. Candidates must send a resume for consideration. Top candidates will be contacted for a phone screen and additional technical capability screenings. Ability to pass the tech screen is mandatory. Please do not message in LinkedIn. Individuals who do not follow directions will not be considered for employment.
Responsibilities-Contact individuals from a provided list and attempt to schedule an appointment or leave a voicemail; script provided. Other similar work may be assigned.-Working hours are 12-8:30 EST, Monday - Friday-$16/hour, OT will be paid (must be pre-approved by manager)-Documentation of each call status is required-Full-time employees are eligible for paid time off and paid holidays
Requirements-Excellent verbal communication skills - ENGLISH AND SPANISH (Please do not apply if you are not bi-lingual with clear English and Spanish verbal communication)-Friendly and personable-Attention to detail-Personal computer, mobile phone and reliable internet connection -Working knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Drive are required
Additional Skills, Qualifications and Experience Desired -Bi-lingual in Spanish and English-Experience with Hubspot-Working knowledge of RingCentral or other dialer products-Call Center or Customer Support experience a plus
