📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is a new role in our company and is necessary to support our continuing business growth.
The ideal candidate will be an initiative driven professional with entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to translate financial analysis into performance insights that will support informed decision making. With a continuous improvement mindset, you will work to build modeling and prepare forecasts along with formulating and delivering analytics across the organization. · Build and maintain financial forecasting, budgeting and analysis that will provide timely insight into the company performance.· Compile and maintain the annual and monthly financial plan including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and cash/funding requirements.· Prepare interim forecasts and reports on special projects such as capital expenditures and system integrations.· Prepare ad hoc analysis along with financial modeling to support acquisition activities and other strategic initiatives.· Perform analysis of performance with focus on cost and revenue trends as well as productivity and operational efficiency.· Collaborate across departments to instill business and financial acumen into key decision making.· Assist in improving EBITDA performance by analyzing margin improvement and cost reduction opportunities.· Skillset to become a power user for the company ERP system including an understanding of system capabilities and functionality.
