Our expanding network of service yards allows you the opportunity of upward mobility and a clear career path to achieve personal success.The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and goals.Communicate effectively with management, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders for successful project completion.Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.Working with the Director of Safety and Health, establish and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Supervise and coordinate activities of subcontractors and project-based personnel.Inspect construction sites to ensure safety and quality standards are met.Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and task assignment.Resolve conflicts and negotiate with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.Track progress and submit project reports to stakeholders.Ensure adherence to applicable building codes and regulations.
