Desert Ark Veterinary Care is looking for client service representatives - experienced in veterinary medicine to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, and hard-working. Our Avondale facility is looking for a full-time amazing CSR. Our increased volume has found us with the need for the addition of a Full-Time CSR. The current clinic hours are Monday - Saturday 7 AM - 8 PM. We are a GP and Urgent Care facility that is high volume and fast-paced utilizing Cornerstone and multiple electronic platforms for communication.Desert Ark is a wonderful place to work. We are highly selective and try to make sure to hire the right person for our limited openings. If you are motivated to provide the highest level of client and patient care, you will have opportunities to succeed.ResponsibilitiesAccurate scheduling of patient appointmentsTriage pet health through conversation on phones to ensure the best health outcome for the patientMaintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Responding promptly to customer inquiries.Communicating with customers through various channels.Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional but familiar customer support.
Compensation details: 18-22 Hourly Wage
