Position Overview: We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets through face-to-face interactions with potential clients.
Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and other prospecting activities.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.Provide personalized and consultative sales presentations to clients.Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.Sales Negotiation and Closing:Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure business agreements.Close sales deals and achieve assigned sales targets.Market Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Provide feedback to the sales team on market demands and product improvements.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:Proven experience in outside sales or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.Willingness to travel and spend time on the road meeting clients.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
