Warehouse/Manufacturing Technician A&L Machining is a high-production precision CNC machine shop with decades of experience. Our operation is growing and we are seeking highly motivated individuals seeking a team-oriented, supportive work environment. Description: Function as part of the deburr/secondary operations team. Participate in purchasing, packaging, shipping, receivingDeburr precision metal parts with hand toolsBead blast metal partsOperate forkliftOperate CNC band sawOperate grinder and other power and manual toolsPerform in process inspectionsComplete documentation as required by assigned taskPerform preventative maintenance dutiesCommunicate effectively with leadership and teammates.Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentDetail oriented and organizedPrior experience with deburrPrior experience with hand toolsPrior manufacturing experienceComfortable using computersWarehouse/Shipping/Receiving experience Company Mission

Pay: $18.29-$19.29 starting Benefits: Profit sharing/bonus program, health+dental+vision, holiday+sick+vacation PTO, life insurance, long term/short-term disability, Health Savings Account (HSA), career progression opportunities with three distinct career tracts Shifts available: Starting shift will be on days, 10 hour shifts or 8 hour shifts, weekend shifts available after reaching a certain level of competency, night shifts available in the future.
