ResponsibilitiesSupport the month-end close process to meet set goals and deadlinesOversee the general ledger and ensure journal entries are correctReview financial data and identify and investigate issues and anomaliesHelp identify gaps in Internal Controls and take action to close themImplement process improvements to enhance financial operationsContinuously evolve and document accounting and business processesStrengthen internal controls and processes to improve efficiencyHandle reconciliations to ensure the substantiation of the Balance SheetAssess financial activities and investigate and report variancesWork with Global and US Finance teams to deliver financial reporting
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting3+ years of accounting experienceBig 4/National or Combo accounting backgroundFinTech/Financial services industry experienceStrong organizational and time management skillsProactive, analytical, and deadline-drivenCPA strongly preferredProficient in Excel
