In Albuquerque we manufacture underground cable connections and accessories for the electrical distribution grid as well as fault circuit indicators and current sensors. Our industry leading Elastimold and Fisher Pierce products are used to connect, ground, splice, terminate, and protect underground power cables. Products manufactured in Albuquerque are integral connective pieces of a resilient power grid.
Your responsibilities
Perform patrol and visual inspections on finished, in-process rubber/epoxy moulded products during all phases of manufacturing. May use fixed or precision measuring instruments. Assist in performing internal audits to the Quality system. Read blueprints and other specifications to obtain product information.Assures control of nonconforming product/material to established procedures.Reviews and documents R.M.A.s as needed.Performs dimensional inspection for product acceptance as required (first pc., recall etc).
Your background
High School diploma/GED is required Prior manufacturing experience or quality control experience preferred Ability to lift to 40lbs and perform push/pull functions Can work overtime to meet Business ObjectivesCan work a weekend schedule as needed
