Abbiamo is looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking for a career in manufacturing at a locally owned business with great benefits, great people, and great pasta!Job DescriptionAssists in monitoring and maintaining plant operations, including production and packaging equipmentPerforms preventive and predictive maintenance tasksIndependently troubleshoots equipment that needs repair or that is operating at a substandard levelMakes repairs and adjustments in a timely fashion to ensure as little downtime as possibleCommunicate and work with Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, and other Maintenance personnelPerforms other tasks as assigned by Management.Required Skills and ExperienceMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes2 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance requiredWelding experience preferredAbility to occasionally lift 50lbsMust be able to work up to a 12-hour shift.Must have the ability to work from heights up to 30 ft.While performing duties of the job, the employee is required to stand, kneel, walk, sit, climb, bend, and twist; use hands to finger, handle and feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.Must be able to work effectively in a team environmentPreferred SkillsKnowledge of electrical controlsAbility to understand electrical schematicsKnowledge of 3 phase voltage and VFD'sCompensation:-$28.00 - $35.00-Pay differential if able to work; evenings, nights, and weekendsWhat We Offer:Competitive base compensation with an extremely rewarding incentive compensation plan.Full Benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision.401(k) with Employer Match.A high-energy, face paced, team environmentJob Type: Full-time
