What You'll Work On

Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentation of bulk slurries for blending operationsPreparation/operation/monitoring/documentation of computer-controlled heat treatment processesPreparation/operation/monitoring/documentation of computer-controlled blending processes Weighing/documenting/staging, utilizing a computer-controlled weigh system for batch ingredientsPreparation/operation/monitoring/documentation of a computer-controlled clean-in-place (CIP) system utilized for manufacturing equipment (i.e. tanks, heat treatment system, etc.)Preparation/perform/document product Line work operations (i.e. Standardization/Final Water using ingredients, flavors, oils etc.)Maintain area GMP compliance through routine cleaning of equipment, general area and preventative maintenance of equipment; adherence to batch work order and job procedures, while recording/maintaining accurate documentationReceipt and transportation of bulk raw ingredients, CIP chemicals etc.Perform and support other work related duties as assigned

Pay and Shift

The hourly pay for this position is $24.00/hour USD with a 5% shift differential. This is a night shift position (6:30PM - 7:00AM EST) with a rotating schedule on the 2A Crew.

Shift Example

Week 1

Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday work 6:30pm - 7am EST; Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday are OFF days.

Week 2

Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday work 6:30pm - 7am EST; Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday are OFF days.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

Some college or vocational schoolingKnowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for infant formula and nutritionalsPrior food manufacturing or similar batch process with a significant emphasis on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and computer-controlled systems desiredGood written, verbal, computer, and mechanical skillsGood interpersonal skills and be able to work safely in a team environmentAbility to multi-task in a dynamic environment with the ability to comprehend, make decisive decisions and use problem solving skills while maintaining quality product and area GMP at all times

The base pay for this position is $16.55 – $33.15 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
