Denver, Colorado area National Financial Services Firm has an immediate need for a Consumer Loans Operations Senior Manager to run a department slated to grow to 60 FTE! This is a highly visible and mission-critical position. The Consumer Loans Operations Senior Manager will be responsible for all areas of operations through servicing. Mentoring your team is critical.
The Consumer Loans Operations Senior Manager will be responsible for:Daily review of the pipeline, seeking ways to continually improve serviceMeet with the management team and provide direction, guidance, and coachingRecruit the best talent, Underwriters, Processors, Closers, and ServicersProvide ongoing training to staff Establishing production and quality control standardsReviewing and monitoring quality control and audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented when necessary
Ideal Candidate:Has managed Managers and teams of at least 35Strong technical knowledge of consumer loan products including applicable compliance rules and regulations is requiredAbility to improve operationsWillingness to work onsite weeklyA Communicator, Coach, Leader, and Trainer A clear strategic plan of action of how to effectively and efficiently run a significant organization
