📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Title: Data AdminType: 3 months contractLocation: Downey, CA 90241 (Onsite)Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tasks:• Creating and updating excel spreadsheets with spend activity.• Must be proficient in Excel, ability to create spreadsheets, charts, pivot tables and lookups.• Review Open POs and Unpaid expenses. Assist with identifying issues with vendors.• Creating SOPs and documentation of Process with support of the Finance Manager.• Assist with various finance support tasks needed.
Some skills to look for:• Proficient in Microsoft excel. Ability to create spreadsheets, charts and pivot tables.• SAP experience is a plus, not required.• Good time management and organization skills.
