Accent Decor is seeking an experienced Senior Merchant to lead strategic initiatives on the Product Development team in order to drive sales and drive innovation within the organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Design, this results-driven role will be integral in supporting the entire product development cycle and be the conduit between multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in merchandising, a deep understanding of consumer trends, and the ability to drive profitable growth with measurable results. The role requires an entrepreneurial outlook, exemplary strategic and analytical skills, and the ability to coach and mentor a team while driving initiatives forward.

Qualifications:Degree in merchandising or related field8-10 years of experienceProven experience in merchandising leadership roles, with 2-3 years in a similar positionExpert in ExcelExperience with PLM and ERP softwareStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once.Appreciation for design and the Accent Decor aesthetic and philosophyAbility to work productively with people at all levels of the company, and people from different countries and cultures
