Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Registered Nurse servicing Philadelphia, PA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, assessing patient conditions, creating and implementing care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team. The Registered Nurse will also be responsible for educating patients and their families, monitoring patient progress, and documenting patient information accurately.
