Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Outlets, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experienceAssist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayEnsure the proper set up of all side stations in the outletHave knowledge of beverage lists and promotionsHave knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous service experience an assetPrevious Point of Sale System experience an assetExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous
Hourly Rate: $16.25 USD Gross per hour
