Job Description
Summary of Responsibilities
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly serviceSets up service stations and ensures bussing of stations throughout the shiftAssists bartenders with maintaining stocks, changing kegs, collecting empty glasses, re-stocking ice and food serviceAssists servers with food service, bussing, maintaining stocks and clean glasswareFull knowledge of Food & Beverage menus and offeringsCreating a welcoming atmosphereAssists with guest enquiriesReview daily reports, arrivals, VIP’s, and groups in houseOther duties as assigned
