📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
International Accounts Receivable Specialist - $55,000 - $65,000 + 5% Annual Bonus – Sandy Springs, GA – Hybrid in office Monday & Thursday
Accountants One has been hired by a successful company in the food industry to recruit an International Accounts Receivable Specialist to add to their team due to a promotion. The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual in Spanish & English and have 4+ years experience processing full-cycle Accounts Receivable.
Main Responsibilities – Monthly Billing, Cash Applications, Customer Reconciliations, Prepare AR Reports, Investigate Past Due Invoices
Job Duties:Process monthly billing, cash applications, and customer reconciliationsPrepare AR aging report and review with the operations team each monthApply cash receipts daily and ensure credit payments don’t sit unappliedAnalyze and reconcile distributor accounts and open receivablesAnalyze franchisee payment trends and open receivables to give updates weeklyHelp prepare Bad Debt analysisHigh-level customer service with internal and external customersResearch and resolve disputed receivables, double billings, short paysPrepare and enter adjustments as neededDevelop action plans for delinquencies and other franchisee account issuesMake sure the sales reporting system and Microsoft AX are working together properlyTrain team members on position as backupFollow cash application and dunning letter process deadlinesUpdate tracker file for friendly emails, dunning letters, and payment plansRespond to the International Operations team and franchisees to maintain great communicationHelp with other projects as needed for the Revenue and AR Director or other members of management for all divisions
Requirements:Bi-lingual – Spanish/English requiredStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work with othersBachelor's degree is preferred and not required4+ years of Accounts Receivable experienceInternational Accounts Receivable experience preferredExperience using ExcelExperience using Microsoft AX preferredExperience running queries preferred
