Why This Role Is Important
Own all aspects of marketing events and tradeshows including budgeting, logistics, signage/collateral, marketing, and communications. Collaborate with internal marketing teams, sales teams, and external vendors to communicate event details, schedules, inventory, tasks, and other needs required to ensure the event runs smoothly. Develop and execute email marketing and social media campaigns to drive event attendance and increase brand awareness/engagement with prospective clients. Use analytics tools and dashboards to report successes related to events and marketing campaigns.

4+ years of marketing experience, specializing in tradeshow/event planning Strongly preferred: proficiency in digital marketing tools including Mailchimp (or similar), Adobe Creative, and Social Media management platforms Strong problem solving and project management skills Presentation skills - ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
