Why This Role Is Important
Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution in alignment with company goals, objectives, and brand. Manage digital marketing strategy including: website management, paid search and paid social advertisements, social media content, multi-channel selling platforms, and blogs/newsletters/email marketing. Produce creative content and collateral, ensuring consistency in brand look, voice, tone, and feel. Plan corporate and community events, creating positive guest experiences to drive lead generation. Use analytics tools to measure effectiveness of digital marketing content and campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization and adjusting strategy as needed. Interface with internal and external stakeholders including sales teams, agency partners, and 3rd party vendors to ensure efficacy of marketing strategy.
The Background That Fits
7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a generalist function encompassing digital marketing, communications, content creation, and events. Ability to work autonomously as a marketing team of one while collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve marketing goals. Strong verbal and written communication skills - using storytelling to make products stand out amongst competitors. Ability to ensure brand consistency across all channels, including digital, print, and in-person interactions. Marketing experience in the construction, real estate, property management, or related industry preferred.
