THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
Working closely with accounts receivable sending invoices, posting checks, and handling collections Manage monthly invoices and bills along with employee reimbursements. Enter invoices into QuickBooks and cut checks weekly. Process monthly company credit cards for employees Backup for Multi-state, weekly payroll processing and updating payroll records for temporary staff at high volumes Provide efficient, friendly customer service for clients regarding pay, deduction, and invoice concerns/questions
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
5+ years of accounting experience 2+ years experience with multi-state, hourly, weekly high volume payroll High attention to detail Familiarity with TempWorks and Quickbooks is a plus Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principals
