WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Lead and support the accounting team at our Sandusky office, working closely with the AP Director and Accounting Supervisor. Serve as a seasoned resource within the sales tax space, ideally with experience handling multiple states. Act as an advocate for the Accounts Payable (AP) team, driving initiatives to optimize processes and save costs. Maintain a balance of sociability and professionalism, fostering effective collaboration while ensuring productivity within a fully in-office environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred. 5-7 years of experience in non-leadership accounting roles, with a strong focus on AP functions. Experience with multi-state Sales Tax Proficiency in Excel; experience with in-house accounting systems preferred.
