Growing manufacturing company seeks Senior Revenue Accountant with revenue recognition experience and public company experience.
The Finance and Accounting team is growing! Our client seeks bright, motivated people that want an opportunity to drive process improvements and change, input your ideas and truly contribute to a highly productive team. Location: This is a hybrid role is based out of Lake Zurich, IL for two days a week. What your day will look likeAssist in the month end reporting process to deliver timely and accurate informationHave full responsibility for a part of the revenue recognition process relevant to your strengthsAssist with the year end audit process and reportingImprove the efficiency of financial processes and procedures and monitor complianceShare knowledge between team members to ensure cover is available when neededActively develop your own skills to ensure current knowledge of applicable standards and regulationsEstablish strong relationships with key colleagues outside the wider finance team
What we are looking for in youExceptional academic track record and subsequent career performanceBachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalentCPA IFRS 15/ASC 606 revenue recognition experienceExperience at a large public accounting firm, or public multinational corporate accounting department preferredWillingness to travel up to four times per year
