This is an incredible opportunity to join a fast-growing Medical Device company in Lowell, MA. In this role you’ll be directly involved with enhancing the company’s growth, liaising with VPs, Directors, and Managers across the business. You’ll be responsible for increasing efficiencies, creating action plans and methods to streamline operations. Responsibilities
Outline, develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with company goalsIdentify and streamline processes to reduce costs and eliminate inefficienciesEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departmentsPromote a culture of continuous improvement and help teams adopt new processes and strategiesGenerate regular reports for senior leadership teamAssess current technology used within company and implement improvements where necessaryCollaborate with numerous departmentsBudget managementMaking sure operational improvements comply with current regulatory and industry standards
