$6,500 Sign-on Bonus offered with a one-year commitment!

Eligible for $2,500 at time of hire, $2,000 after completion of 60 days, and $2,000 after 90 days probationary period.

Base pay for a FBMH Professional is $50,000

As a Family Based Mental Health Professional you will

Receive advance training in FBMH topics.Receive support and mentorship through weekly supervisions.Participate as an integral part of a team.Develop, design, and direct the implementation of the child’s treatment plan.Participate in internal and external team meetings.Build collaborative relationships within the social service community.Demonstrate good writing skills.

Compensation: Family Based Mental Health Professional starting salary is $50,000annually. Mileage reimbursement, regular pay raise opportunities, and staff referral bonus.Incentives: 1 ½ times the staff’s base hourly rate of pay once their annual productivity expectation has been met. Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Psychiatry, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Education, Rehabilitation Counseling or related discipline. (If you do not have a degree in one of the Major's listed, please send a transcript with you resume) ORBachelor’s degree in related field WITH CERTIFICATION as a Mental Health Family Based Worker.

Experience

At least (2) two years of experience working within CASSP system, or related experience with children and/or adolescents.
