Job Summary

Provide support to Personal Lines Account Managers on assigned accounts. Support Producer(s) and Account Managers in writing new business and retaining renewals. The account size for this position ranges from $10,000 - $150,000.

Responsibilities

Perform daily service on assigned task by Account Manager, Account Executive or Producer within Acrisure procedures:Account transactions including ID cards, proposal endorsements, certificates, claims, renewals, follow-up, and correspondence.Respond to client inquiries, incoming mail, and company request needs on a timely basis.Collect renewal data on assigned accounts.Review new/renewal policies and endorsements to insure items were received as ordered.Maintain accuracy of client data in Acrisure’s management systemDocument all activities in EPICUnderstand and utilize upload, download and interface technologyAssist other departments in securing and/or providing information necessary to issue appropriate polices in their department for which we have a mutual clientKeeping Producers and Account Managers informed of all important activities on their accounts including being sensitive to potential problems and informing managementKeep current with industry trends including participation in educational seminars and classes for improvement of insurance/sales skills and license complianceMaintain knowledge of current underwriting requirements of contracted insurance carriersMaintain knowledge of policy provisions and any changes in these provisionsComplete other functions and assignments as assigned including back-up duties.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire dateStrong organizational skills- ability to discern priority and initiativeComputer skills, specifically Applied TAM, Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skillsMathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, premiums, commissions, proportions, and percentages.Reasoning Skills: Ability to solve practical problems, interpret a variety of instructions and deal with a variety of variables furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

Education/Experience

High School diploma required, Associate Degree or higher preferredCPCU or special training course completion a plus.

Pay Details

Hourly: $26 - $28
