HR Manager Location:Remote
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field• 5+ years’ experience supporting implementation Human Resources (HR) technologies and knowledge of HR-related systems and integrations (HRIS, background check vendors, assessment vendors, employee referral add-ons, CRM, etc.)• 3 years’ experience working in Workday, including experience in handling change requests, defects, incidents, and customer concerns• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications:• Workday Pro certification for HCM and Touchpoints in Recruitment• Experience in implementation of the Workday Recruiting for a large scale, global organization•Talent Acquisition experience including recruiting process, strategy, metrics analysis and continuous improvement•Knowledge of infrastructure-related systems, i.e., client/server, workstations, servers, networks
