Minimum 5 years minimum of construction site safety management experience OSHA 30 – updated within the past 3 years CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification (accredited and nationally recognized provider) Knowledge of fall protection requirements (Competent Person, or equivalent, designation preferred) Completion of drug and alcohol reasonable suspicion training Knowledge of fall protection requirements (Competent Person or equivalent designation preferred.)

Competent Person designation, or equivalent, in an applicable trade is preferred. Safety Degree preferred. IDEAL candidate has: Bachelor’s Degree in an Environmental Health and Safety related field Recognized Safety Professional Certification (Examples: BCSP, CSP, CHST, ASP, GSP) OSHA 500 - Authorized Construction Trainer for OSHA-30 Hour 1st Aid/CPR trainer experience Experience in concrete panel erection, panelized roof structure, structural steel erection, underground utilities Spanish speaking ability
