Action is seeking an experienced Portfolio Community Manager to join our San Diego Portfolio Team. This position is a TEMPORARY role based out of the San Diego region.

Salary: up to 75K depending on experience. Monthly cell phone reimbursement provided.

Job Description

Portfolio Community Managers generally manage 4 to 7 communities and are provided dedicated support from key departments. This allows our Community Managers to stay focused on their key objectives and offer a level of service, expertise and knowledge that surpasses our client's expectations.

Requirements

3 - 5 years of HOA portfolio management experience.Must be available for evening Board MeetingsCMCA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months

Skills/Qualifications

Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process.Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective presentation skills. Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.
