Swimming Pool Field Supervisor
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Adams Pools Solutions is a family-owned company with generations of experience building and renovating thousands of pools each year with an annual gross income of over $50 million.
We are looking for a Swimming Pool Supervisor/Manager with prior swimming pool construction and remodel experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Work with coordinators to maintain jobsite schedule and materials for successful completion of project.
- Meet with crew and make sure they understand the scope of the job.
- Oversee and supervise remodel of swimming pool from start to finish.
- Interface and communicate with the customer to provide the best customer service.
- Confirm all the swimming pool construction and warranty work orders are completed on time.
- Report and complete punch list and close-out on swimming pool projects.
- Collaborate with sales team on issues and fixes on jobsite where needed.
- Attend at all construction and company meetings.
- Bring all projects in on budget, in scope, and on time.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Must have a minimum of two years, swimming pool construction experience.
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must have a hands-on approach to ALL problems and issues that will arise during construction.
- Must be willing to work occasional extra hours when necessary.
- Must have the ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to lead people and gain their respect.
- The ability to effectively and professionally communicate with clients and crews.
- On occasion, this position will require some climbing, balancing, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting and from time to time performing physical labor.
- Work is in an outdoor environmental condition.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,000.00 - $88,400.00 per year
