📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Overview:We are a plaintiff personal injury law firm specializing in substantial/catastrophic injuries based in Los Angeles and we are seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to join our team. The role will have the opportunity to handle quality and serious personal injury matters and lead the fight for our clients to achieve valuable settlements, verdicts, and awards. Responsibilities:attorney will supervise and lead all litigation tasks related to the case up until and including trial.case plans and strategies to maximize case value and prosecute aggressively.discovery; law and motion; expert discovery; and trial work.communication with clients regarding case status.cases to clients’ satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:must have at least 5 years of personal Injury litigation experience in California.have previous personal Injury trial experience in California, must have taken at least 5 or more jury trials to verdict. experience litigating Traumatic Brain Injuries, Wrongful Death, Catastrophic Injuries, and Surgical Orthopedic cases.taking party, witness, and expert depositions, and working cases up for trial.trial experience a huge plus.is a huge plus but not required.to the State Bar of California.
