Generative AI Engineer

Summary: We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI systems. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing algorithms and models that generate realistic and novel content, such as images, text, audio, or video. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and designers to push the boundaries of generative AI technology and create innovative solutions for various applications.Responsibilities:Research, design, and develop state-of-the-art generative models using techniques such as deep learning, GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and other relevant methods.Implement and optimize algorithms and architectures for generating high-quality and diverse content across different modalities, including images, text, audio, and video.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and integrate generative AI solutions into products and applications.Experiment with and evaluate various training strategies, loss functions, and regularization techniques to improve the performance and stability of generative models.Stay up-to-date with the latest research advancements in generative AI and related fields, and apply cutting-edge techniques to address real-world challenges.Conduct thorough experimentation, analysis, and validation to assess the effectiveness and robustness of generative models under different conditions and scenarios.Develop tools, frameworks, and pipelines to streamline the training, evaluation, and deployment of generative AI models in production environments.Collaborate with colleagues to publish research papers, contribute to open-source projects, and participate in academic and industry conferences and workshops.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and skill development within the organization.Continuously iterate on existing solutions and explore new directions to enhance the capabilities and performance of generative AI systems, while maintaining a focus on scalability, efficiency, and reliability.Qualifications:Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.Solid understanding of machine learning principles, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and software development fundamentals.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.Demonstrated expertise in generative models, including GANs, VAEs, and relevant architectures, with a track record of successful projects or research publications in the field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to formulate and address complex research problems and engineering challenges.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and present technical concepts to diverse audiences.Creative thinking and a passion for exploring novel ideas and pushing the boundaries of AI technology.Experience with distributed computing, cloud platforms, and GPU acceleration is a plus.Familiarity with domain-specific applications of generative AI, such as computer vision, natural language processing, audio synthesis, or creative arts, is desirable.
