Job Description Experience Required: 8+ Years Technical/Functional Skills: Teamcenter, Program Management, Agile Roles & Responsibilities:Experience with PLM Teamcenter.Experience Engineering Project Management expertise, delivering software and services through a full project lifecycle in multi team environment.Ability to track the software requirements to completion in Software Maintenance as well as new feature Development. ·Experience with creating & tracking the software delivery schedules while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. ·Great Organization skills to track the progress of items directly with the Development teams and diving to resolve any bottlenecks. ·Attention to details to share the project progress and proven ability to identify challenges ahead of the time. ·Experience managing projects using Agile software development. ·Strong understanding of and experience in managing complex, multi-functional software projects ·Strong technical understanding of operating systems and how the various layers in the software stack fit together. ·Adept at creative and critical thinking, able to deconstruct problems, resolve conflicts and lead the teams to solutions. ·Self motivated with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation. ·Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience. ·Excellent spoken and written communication with the ability to tailor communication style to multiple audiences ·Proven track record in defining processes and executing on them
