Our Seattle-based client is looking for an Accounts Payable Lead. This candidate must have 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience and excellent customer service skills. The Accounts Payable Lead role consists of invoice processing, check runs and expense reports. Implementation experience with SAP Concur is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the CFO, Controller and Accounting Managers needed with daily tasksAssist with the processing and posting of daily Accounts PayableCompany credit card statements, expense reports and misc. check requestsAssist with weekly check runsManage and maintain the Accounts Payable/Expense Reports/Credit Card filingInteract and respond to Vendor RequestsReconcile credit card statements
