📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Addison Group, in partnership with our client based in West LA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract, 6-9 months) to join their team at a publicly traded company.

Job Site Status (onsite/hybrid/remote) – This job will be performed on site in a beautiful office space in West LA.
Compensation/Benefits– Hourly compensation ranges from $26-$30/hr, depending on qualifications. After 60 days of employment, there is eligibility for standard benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and 401K.
Responsibilities
Leading the full cycle Accounts Payable process Utilizing Excel Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPS for percentages, allocations and formatting Processing high volumes of PO and non PO invoices (appx. 250 invoices weekly) Performing 3-way-match Assisting with month-end close
Requirements
2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience Proficient in Excel (strong understanding of Pivot Tables & V-Lookups) Prior experience utilizing Oracle ERP is preferred, but not required Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable processing procedure Having processed at least 200 invoices per-week Strong and effective communicator, problem-solver attitude A willingness to hit the ground running & start immediately!
