Job Summary
As an Air Export Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating air export shipments from origin to destination. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the air export process and excellent communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and transportation vendors.
Responsibilities
Track and trace shipments using CargoWise to ensure timely deliveryCommunicate effectively with clients, both domestically and internationally, as well as with transportation vendors such as airlines, warehouses, and trucking companiesGenerate and audit vendor invoices for accuracyCoordinate the delivery of air exports and importsProcess air export documentation efficiently and accuratelyApprove freight invoices and credit notes in accordance with company policiesHandle airline charges and paymentsFamiliarize yourself with customer and vendor agreements to ensure compliance and adherence to contract terms
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in air export operations, with a strong understanding of the A-Z air export processBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldProficiency in MS Office 365 and CargoWise1 softwareHighly motivated and eager to learn about logisticsSharp, junior profile with strong attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProcess-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
