📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Addison Group's client is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team in Denver, CO.
Title: Human Resources GeneralistLocation: Denver, CO Compensation: $65,000-$80,000Hybrid: 1-2 days WFH
Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to employees and managers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and changes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.Prepare reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management processes, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.Stay current on HR best practices and compliance requirements and provide guidance to managers and employees as needed.Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, scheduling training sessions, and tracking employee participation.Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.Additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
