Summary of Position:The Human Resources Manager plays a vital role as a strategic and tactical ally to the plant leadership team, offering guidance, coaching, assessment, and assistance across various domains, including employee relations, talent management, training, job assessment, safety protocols, workers’ compensation, benefits management, employee growth initiatives, and specialized projects.

Position Description:Oversee the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Lead compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and employee wellness initiatives.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes and proactively addressing any compliance issues.Collaborate with corporate HR team on initiatives, projects, and best practices to drive HR excellence across the organization.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.Partner with plant leadership on safety programs and initiatives, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
