Our client is seeking an Intake Specialist to join their team. This position involves handling new client inquiries, managing potential leads, and assisting with website and advertising tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting initial screenings of potential clientsManaging and organizing new client leadsCommunicating with potential clients to gather necessary informationHandling new client paperwork and follow-up correspondenceCoordinating with advertising personnel to update website content and approve blogs
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detailProficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasksAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree preferredTyping speed of at least 65 words per minute
