📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Part-time Administrative Assistant for Award-Winning distribution company located in Northbrook. Between 20-30 hours per week onsite to support the Marketing team with inventory, shipping, calendaring, meeting coordination and travel arrangements. This role will spend some time in the mail room preparing items for shipments to different locations. Pays up to $24/hr, great work life balance and benefits after 60 days. Immediate interviews!
Job Requirements:Between 2-3 years of corporate Administrative office supportProficient in MS Office, able to organize inventory, and work independentlyAbility to push carts and pack up items for shipment to different locationsHigh attention to detail and be able to work in the office
