Part-Time Customer Care Call Center

Naperville Government office is seeking a sharp and entry level Customer Service candidate. This role is part-time hours (18-20 hours) per week in office. Duties include answering a high volume of inbound calls (65+ calls per day) while maintaining the database. Interacting with customers, bilingual in Spanish is preferred, a few later days during the month, no weekends. Pays up to $19/hr and full benefits offered after 60 days. Job Description:

Maintaining a positive attitude with empathetic and professional communication with customers at all timesPrompt response and resolution of customer inquiries and complaintsCommunicating with customers through various channelsEntering information into city systems with a high degree of accuracyKeeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaintsCollecting related fees for servicesCommunicating and coordinating with division colleagues, providing assistance with daily work as needed

Required Experience

6+ months of prior call center billing & payment processing experienceTech savvy and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
